Generational Diversity:

Generational Diversity is an 8-hour workshop that helps employees to bridge the gap between generations. Cross-generational teams face many challenges including communication issues, differing workplace values and misconceptions about workplace motivators. This workshop is designed to define the differences between the four generations and how to effectively work with and lead cross generational teams. Classes can be tailored to the employers needs.

• Define each of the four generations and their workplace characteristics
• Identify each generation's value system and how this affects their behavior in the workplace
• Recognize what motivates each generation and how they define success
• Understand sources of generational conflict and how to minimize it
• Appreciate and gain respect for what is important to each generation
