The SBDC offers an in-depth look at the finances and operations of your business. One of our experienced business counselors will conduct a 15-hour review of your business, including on-site interviews and observations. The counselor will then prepare a written report with their findings and give recommendations to improve the operating efficiency of the business.

• Existing or potential problems
• Operational methods (work scheduling, inventory control, quality control)
• Pricing strategies and methods
• Decision making and problem solving

The Rx for Business is for you if you

• have been in business at least one year
• have financial statements for one full year
• want to improve the operating efficiency of your business
